RETURN POLICY
Purchases may be returned for a full refund if they are received in “new” condition with all tags intact. Please contact us for shipping address. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping.
WARRANTY
XDesign LLC warrants to the original purchaser that its products sold under the Paxis name are free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service. This warranty does not cover defects or damage arising from lack of or improper maintenance, improper storage, shipping and handling, ordinary wear and tear, misuse, abuse, accident, unauthorized service, product user negligence, or alteration or modification of the product. This warranty is void if any modification is made to the product, regardless of whether the modification causes or contributes to the alleged defect. All modifications to the product are made at the risk of the party making the modification. XDesign LLC’s obligation under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement, at XDesign LLC’s discretion, of the product that proves to be defective under normal use and service to the original purchaser, and which XDesign LLC’s examination discloses to XDesign LLC’s satisfaction to be so defective. Any warranty claim must be accompanied by a true and correct copy of the receipt reflecting purchase of the product concerning which the claim is made. THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. XDESIGN LLC NEITHER ASSUMES NOR AUTHORIZES ANY OTHER PERSON TO ASSUME FOR IT ANY OTHER LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OF THE PRODUCT. XDESIGN LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
